Changes between V15.8 and V16.0:

•  pong: support for the Handicap game.
•  pong: now ball is served from sides of field rather than from centre.
•  pong: now ball is only drawn when it is actually in play (ie. moving).
•  pong: fixed: squash wasn't always switching to the correct player.
•  pong: simulation of AY-3-8550 chip.
