Fceux jest próbą syntezy mutacji multiplatformowego emulatora NINTENDO 8 (famicon) - FCE ULTRA, który z biegiem prac nad nim dorobił się sporej ilości mutacji. Próbuje połączyć wszystkie mechanizmy z FCE Ultra, FCEU rerecording, FCEUXD, FCEUXDSP, i FCEU-mm, TAS, TAS+ (wersja CaH4e3 - MM, którą autor Demula wzbogaca emulację NES'a o kolejne mappery obsługujące nowe dumpy). Oficjalna pełna wersja tego emulatora to 2.4.1a z czerwca tego roku (SVN1984). Poniższa wersja to deweloperska z repozytorium FCEUX. HalfNes 0.023 (4/01/2011) Fixes a couple of very noticeable bugs - reset command works and Gradius works right again. .HalfNes 0.022 SVN35 (3/01/2011) Quick bugfix - reset menu item didn't do anything. (also... I broke Gradius, but not sure why yet.) HalfNes 0.022 SVN34 (3/01/2011) ACTUAL release 0.022 - fixed that annoying sound bug where channels don't cut off! Took ten seconds when I figured out where to look.

Added Player 2 controller support, can remap the buttons in the settings.txt file. Improved rendering: Gauntlet runs full speed on my computer when it didn't before,the status bars of Zelda II and Ninja Gaiden now look right, in general performance is about 20 percent better because the drawing code is more efficient.Back to the Future works but has random unexplained glitches. Nintendendulator to jeden z najwierniejszych emulatorów konsol Nintendo 8 (Famicon/Pegasus), jednak dokładność emulacji ma swoją cenę minimalny procek, który pozwoli się nim cieszyć, jak auto podaje to, 1.5GHz. Nintendoendulator obsługuje formaty plików: NES, UNIF, FDS (format fwNES) i NSF. Pozwala na snapshoty, obsługuje kody Game Genie wsparcia (tylko 3 kody), pozwala zdefiniować obsługę kontrolerów dla maksymalnie 4 graczy. Dodatkowo pozwala na nagrywanie AVI z przebiegu gry i posiada wbudowany debugger. Niestety autor nie wrzucił infa, co zostało zmienione w najnowszej wersji. Wiadomo, święta;P

Byuu opublikował nowy numerek swojego emulatora SUPER NINTENDO - Bsnes, niestety wrzucona binarka, która jest dostępna, przeznaczona jest na systemy 64 bitowe. Niestety nie posiadam wszystkich bibliotek do kompilacji wersji 32 bitowej, więc trochę poczekamy aż sie ktoś nie zlituje:) King of Chaos już wrzucił wersję 32bitową:) Bsnes 0.73 24/12/2010 added NEC uPD77C25 emulation core; added low-level emulation of the DSP-1, DSP-1B, DSP-2, DSP-3, DSP-4 coprocessors; removed high-level emulation of the DSP-n coprocessors; added blargg's libco::ppc.c module, which is far more portable, even running on the PS3; added software filter support via binary plugins; added debugger (currently Linux-only); but it is as yet unstable; added pause shortcut; updated mightymo's cheat code database.

Nie:) Problem w tym, że ostatnia wersja jest niezapisywalna - Eset wykrywa narzędzie jako nosiciela Trojana Agent.NC.PYDY, zapewne to tylko mały błąd stuffu, jednak... jakoś nie mam ochoty na sprawdzanie tej teorii. Dla odważnych.
