melonDS is a new emulator project. My goals for it are to do things right and fast.

Stella is a multi-platform Atari 2600 VCS, introduced in 1977, was the most popular home video game system of the early 1980's, emulator released under the GNU General Public License (GPL). Stella was originally developed for Linux by Bradford W. Mott, and is currently maintained by Stephen Anthony. The development team is working hard to perfect the emulator and we hope you enjoy our effort.

AppleWin (also known as Apple //e Emulator for Windows) is an open source software emulator. AppleWin was originally written by Mike O'Brien in 1994;[2] O'Brien himself announced an early version of the emulator in 1995, development of AppleWin passed to Oliver Schmidt and is now maintained by Tom Charlesworth. AppleWin has support for most programs that could run either on the Apple II+ or the Apple IIe. By default, AppleWin emulates the Extended Keyboard IIe (better known as the Platinum IIe) with built-in 80-column text support, 128 kilobytes of RAM, two 5¼-inch floppy disk drives, a joystick, a serial card and 65C02 CPU. Hox64 is a Commodore C64 emulator, whose authors pride themselves on accurate mapping of the processor's work cycle. In contrast to its older brothers - CCS64 or VICE, it has a modest and simple menu, in which we find all the basic parameters of work - pure simplicity;).

Another version of Romulus appeared, which, like ClrMAME, allows you to organize and manage romsets emulated by MAME / MESS. The program is able to import .dat files (old format and XML files), it also works quite well with Messes, reads also files packed in ZIP, RAR and 7z formats.

Cemu is the first eighth generation console emulator in the world, specifically the Nintendo Wii U. The requirements are big - at least efficient Core i5 and 6 GB RAM, Nvidia graphics card or AMD with support for OpenGL 4.0 (and if possible, OpenGL 4.5), 64- Windows bit (7, 8.1 or 10). In return, we get the ability to run games smoothly even in 4K resolution (although it is better to have 1080 Ti). Also DRC (GamePad), Pro Controller and Classic Controller controllers are emulated, the keyboard and USB controllers are partially supported.

Pantheon emulates the Acorn Atom, Acorn BBC Micro, Acorn Electron, Atari 2600, Atari 5200, Atari 7800, Atari 800/XE, Atari Lynx, ColecoVision, Magnavox Odyssey 2, MSX computers, and Sega Master System. The emulator will download games from various sources online.

Xpeccy is a Linux emulator for machines compatible with ZX Spectrum (primarily Russian clones) and several versions of the machine MSX1, Nintendo GameBoy / GameBoy Color and NINTENDO 8 and its Russian counterpart Dendy. Emulator requires QT library, if we want to run it under Windows, and in return the program offers a few curiosities, for which it is worth to look at it.
